The concept of integrated healing is based on the belief that we are each our own healer. All that exists is available  for our use to accomplish this healing. Whatever issue, physical, mental or soul level, it is all created by our Selfs to help us learn how to become  healed healers . We are energetic vortices calling to our Self what we need to accomplish this. To heal our body we align with our energy, to heal our energy we align our muscles in the body to remove the blocks. No blocks in the physical, leads to energy that flows,which opens the heart,to alignment with soul and purpose.
