energy freed, physical blocks removed

We humans are incredible creations. As the energy we react to enters our field, we have a thought. How we deal with that energy/thought determines if that energy flows through us or gets stuck in us. If we fear our feelings around that thought, we instantly become blocked in our  energy flow and the stuck energy becomes a physical dissonance that can develop into a real illness if we never face that fear and resolve our inability to let our feelings guide us to allowing the energy to pass and not stick. The amazing thing is , that our thoughts create the energy  we call to us to react with.Watching how we think is of utmost importance once upon the path to creating our healing. This form of body work is so effective because it unblocks the place where our energy sticks as a physical block, allowing a shift in our ability to process our energy more effectively, which reduces the physical and energetic blocks until they go away and we accomplish the healing we sought.
